Course Description

This course introduces homeowner’s insurance policy, explains how coverage is subject to policy’s terms and conditions. The importance of shopping around for coverage with plenty of time before close of escrow to avoid feeling rushed into purchasing a policy. It is important to find an agent that can answer a homeowner’s questions about a policy and its coverage’s, discounts they may qualify for and deductibles they may choose. This workshop will educate homeowners on how to choose the coverage that best fits their needs.

This course explains in detail how a person’s house, personal property and separate structures (such as a detached garage) are covered for many of the everyday risks a homeowner faces in protecting their property and assets.
